hotel is fantastic, they gave us a room with a very wide and comfortable view of the city, bed was very big and comfortable, pillows and fabrics were very good. staff was very friendly at all times and had details with us courtesy of the hotel. It's very clean. hotel is in the middle of the financial district, during the weekend it is empty and there are almost no shops or restaurants, just a few blocks away you have Chinatown and public transportation very close by. It is comfortable and is in a safe and beautiful area of the city. Recommended 100 percent.
The hotel minibar was very very complete, the only thing they should check from time to time because the beers were filled by another customer with water inside and covered again. It was a bit unpleasant to have to go down to the reception to report it. The next day they hadn't replaced the problem. They apologized for that and had a little something to say to us. There was only one bathrobe in the room, when we were two people.

It was my 25th wedding anniversary and I specifically booked an "executive king, bay view" so that we could see the Blue Angels from our room. We got to 2116 and found that it was "bay view" only as a technicality, with a small peekaboo view between two highrises. I went back down to the desk and a very nice young lady moved me to 2110 (a great room with the right view), except that when we arrived at the room, it was already occupied. I went back down to the desk, which by now had a line out the door with only TWO desk clerks. She took me ahead of many people and gave me room 2316 (thinking that this was the same lame room but two floors higher), which it was. I gave up then as the air show was over. Thanks for the great wedding anniversay gift!

Great value and definitely worth it to get the Executive King if you are given the promo chance. For $129, we were up at the top, with a balcony (in one ofthe rooms), a view of the San Francisco Bay. You just can't beat that in SF.

Its an old establishment with a cheap makeover. TRIES TO DISGUESE IT SELF AS AN UPSCALE CLASSY HOTEL AT THE SAME TIME TRIES TO BE CHIC AT THE SAME TIME. VERY LAME.

I liked the coziness of the room. The hotel was only a 6 minute walk from bart. The hotel had a nice modern touch. There's a gym if you like to work out. Although the view out the window (11th floor) was blocked by the large skyscrapers, it was still pretty amazing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as they should be. Great deal.
The radio was very staticky. The room got real warm even with the ac on. Not much to complain.

The view of the bay and the room was extremely comfortable.
Wish it had a free shuttle service and parking was not $49.
